Terms of Service

These terms govern access to GitNative websites, applications, workspaces, APIs, MCP tools, agent skills, plugins, and related services provided by GitNative Ltd. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use GitNative for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. A separate signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

GitNative can expose workspace context and actions to authorised agents. Local MCP keys are personal, workspace-scoped credentials. Do not share them, commit them to source control, place them in AGENTS.md or SKILL.md, or paste them into chat.

You are responsible for reviewing agent requests and results before relying on them. Read operations may return confidential workspace context. Mutating operations can create or change records and should be requested only when the intended target and effect are clear.

Public plugin availability depends on third-party review and platform policies. A package described as pending review is not approved, published, or guaranteed to become available.

You may connect third-party services such as source control, issue tracking, communications, payment, or agent platforms. You authorise GitNative to access and process information within the scopes you grant. Your use of each connected service remains subject to its own terms and policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect each repository, account, workspace, and data source.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GitNative the limited rights needed to host, process, index, retrieve, transform, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and secure the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content and instructions. GitNative does not acquire ownership of your repositories, tickets, decisions, meeting records, or other workspace content.

GitNative and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation, and branding, excluding your content. These terms provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorised and in good standing.

Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their respective licences. Feedback may be used to improve GitNative without restriction or payment, provided it does not disclose your confidential information.

Paid plans, usage limits, billing periods, renewal terms, and prices are shown at purchase or in a signed order. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts after reasonable notice. Refunds are provided only when required by law or stated in the applicable order or plan terms.

We may improve, add, remove, or limit features and integrations. We aim to communicate material changes that significantly reduce paid functionality. Preview, beta, or review-pending features may change or be withdrawn and should not be treated as guaranteed production commitments.

Maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, and events beyond reasonable control can interrupt the service. Support paths are described at gitnative.dev/support.

Each party must protect the other party’s non-public information using reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. This does not cover information that is public without breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

You are responsible for endpoint security, member access, connected-service permissions, credential storage, and reviewing actions performed through your account.

You may stop using GitNative and cancel subscriptions through the available account or billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or where required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

On termination, access ends and content is handled according to the Privacy Policy, workspace controls, and any applicable agreement. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue.

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided without implied warranties and GitNative does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. Any additional liability limits in an order or signed agreement apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
