GitHub App Setup

  1. 1Create or select a gitnative workspace.
  2. 2Open Settings > GitHub and start the GitHub App installation.
  3. 3Choose the GitHub organization and repository access scope.
  4. 4Return to gitnative and confirm the connection status shows repositories.
  5. 5Wait for repository sync jobs to import commits, pull requests, reviews, issues, and contributors.
  6. 6Check Settings > GitHub for last sync, webhook health, and sync errors.
Production requirement
Use separate GitHub Apps and webhook secrets for staging and production. Rotate any credentials that were ever shared outside secret storage.
